A. Annual Subscription Fee

Access to the full content of trades and analysis requires a paid Annual Subscription. The current subscription fee is listed on the website’s subscription page. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time, but any changes will apply only to new subscribers or upon renewal of existing subscriptions.

 

B. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription is set to automatically renew one (1) year after your initial subscription date, and annually thereafter. By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method for each renewal term until you cancel.

 

C. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. If you cancel, your access to the subscriber content will continue until the end of the current annual billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent year’s renewal.

 

D. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This means we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, nor for any lack of successful trading results. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website, including but not limited to the actual trade entries, analysis, articles, methodology descriptions, and proprietary text, is the property of The Underdog Day Trader (Jim Clark) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

A. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the subscriber content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

 

B. Prohibitions

You must not share, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. Sharing your subscription login credentials with any other individual is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

 

4. User Conduct and Restrictions
